Sudhir Gopi Holdings Inc. is a consortium of Multinational Corporations, a leader in the world of Higher Education and real estate development with the motto `building foundations through education worldwide’. It offers and provides instructions in a variety of disciplines ranging from School Education, Medicine, Dentistry, Engineering, Management, IT, Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Fashion Technology. The institutions and real estate projects spread over various parts of the World, specially concentrating in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates, India, Philippines, British West Indies, Singapore and very soon in USA.

SGH has ventured in to the Real Estate industry which is witnessing an impressive growth in the recent years, in the UAE. The projects are executed through its arm Sudhir Gopi Developers (P) Ltd. The company was incorporated as a private limited company with the object to carry on the  business of acquiring, developing, constructing, altering, modifying, repairing, leasing out, managing, selling or otherwise dealing in real estate properties, land, buildings, flats both in domestic and international level and to do the construction of apartments, villas and commercial complexes. The first project is being launched in Kerala, India. Fully fledged furnished apartments are also planned in various other cities of India.

Mr. Sudhir Gopi, Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. Sudhir Gopi is a qualified Attorney with a graduate degree in Law and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration. Before he ventured into facilitating educational institutions all over the world, Mr. Gopi was practising law at the Honourable Supreme Court of India representing the prestigious Consulta Juris as Managing Partner. He founded Sudhir Gopi Holdings in the year 1998.
Mrs. Rashmi Sudhir Gopi, Director:
Mrs. Rashmi Sudhir Gopi who is a graduate in Science is on the Board of Directors of the Group and is actively involved in the activities at Rajagiri International School. Mrs. Rashmi Sudhir Gopi is a member of the Administrative Committee of Rajagiri International School, Dubai.

Our Credentials
SGH has wide ranging experience in running MBBS, MD, BDS, Engineering, Management, IT, Hotel management, Education, Science & Technology Programs with an annual intake of 1000 students pursuing their studies all over the world. All admitted students pursue their education in the institutions under SG Holdings in India, Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Moreover, the SGH Inc. has established its own infrastructure in all centers as per the respective country’s norms and local University regulations

Mr. Sudhir Gopi, Chairman & managing Director is one of the Senior Partner from 1989 in Consulta Juris which is a reputed law firm in India having branches in New Delhi, Bombay and Cochin and having associate arrangements in Dubai, Bahrain, & Kuwait. Bombay Hospital is ranked among the top 10 hospitals in India established by the Birla Trust in the year 1956
  • Successful tie up and collaboration with Jordan Hospital in Amman, Jordan for the clinical rotations of students studying in Universal Empire Institute of Medical Sciences(UEIMS), Dubai
  • Identification, collaboration and set up of the prestigious Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Ranchi International centre in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
